The ‘Aliens’ Code Behind Quran Verse on Extreme Physical Punishment

"And (for) the male thief and the female thief so cut off their hands (as) a recompense for what they earned (as) an exemplary from Allah. And Allah (is) All-Mighty, All-Wise." [QS. 5:38]

It is amazing that after more than 1300 years, there is still small numbers of people who still insist to interpret previous verse plainly by its literal meaning. Despite being somewhat relevant in the hostile period of ancient society, previous verse is also strengthened by Prophet Muhammad sub-sequent ‘law making’ statement. The statement which is not part of Quranic words describe that: “The hand should be cut off for stealing something that is worth a quarter of a dinar or more” [Bukhari 8:81:780]. A woman with the name Fatima bint Al-aswad became the first muslim in history to suffer her hand from not returning small numbers of jewelry in relation with Prophet Muhammad attempt to uphold the law of ‘Hudud’ as a literal interpretation of the verse in [QS. 5:38]. Interestingly, Usamah bin Zayd as the Prophet Muhammad ‘right hand’ and his favorite army commander was one of those who plea mercy for Fatima. This plea of mercy is responded by the Prophet with the statement: “Are you interceding to violate one of Allah’s laws? Usama, do not speak to me. When the ‘hudud’ are violated, there is no alternative. If my own daughter had stolen, I would have cut off her hand.”

Unfortunate as it is, the world today has not become a better or fairer place in terms of wealth distribution and social-economic opportunities. Without saying that Prophet Muhammad was ‘wrong’ in his judgment, many of us can simply ‘vote’ the ideas that there is more opportunity for people to redeem his or her sin of theft and perform a thousand (1000) more good and benevolent act to others by keeping his or her arm intact and functioning. Even if million or billion of dollars was stolen from public fund to entertain the private interest of few people, it might be wiser to show benevolent judgment to perpetrator of this kind of sin. As long as the fund is returned to the public, any ex-convict for this type of crime would have a better lifetime chance to redeem her or himself by staying alive and keeping her or his hand able to perform dutiful and virtuous act to others.

But what is it exactly which drives the Prophet to a very strict and rigid perspective regarding the understanding of Quranic words? Is it simply the awareness that it is originating from a very ‘powerful’ entity or is it also influenced by the structure and configuration of the words, phrase, sentence and Quranic verse itself? While all variable might interact to produce psychological result which incline to particular direction, the era of computer technology has given us a new critical insight into what makes Quranic words so influential to its reader. A very complicated order and structure found behind frequencies of Quranic words and its thematic (or semantic) inter-connection is simply unparalleled by any of today’s standard knowledge of neuroscience and computer algorithm.

Our center or focus of numerical analysis in this particular theme is the word “cut off” (fa-iq’ta’u) in previous verse of [QS. 5:38:3]. This word is derived from tri-root “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) which composed by a total appearance of thirty-six (36) different words in the entire Quran. The organization unit of ‘tri-root’ means that there is only 36 words from the entire 77429 individual words in the whole Quranic text which is constructed exactly by the combination of three alphabet of “Qaf” (ق), “Ta” (ط), and “Ayn” (ع). All this 36 tri-root words of “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) is distributed in 36 different verse which ‘covers’ an area of 705 words. The number seven (7) would be the ‘critical’ denominator to ‘dissect’ or analyze some important categorical parts from this ‘set’ of words. Number seven (7) as a ‘key’ to uncover the ‘hidden’ structure off revelation was inspired or suggested by the Quran itself as it is described in the following verse.

"And certainly, We have given you seven (7) of the oft-repeated and the Quran Great." [QS. 15:87]

Interestingly, the set of thirty-six (36) tri-root words of “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) exhibit various degrees of metaphorical context. Instead of a single meaning of “cutting” or “cut off”, some of them actually represent words like “portion” or “part”, some represent the concept of “limit”, while others represent “end” or “stop”. This complex ‘matrix’ of words is where the hidden technical difficulties of reading the Quran actually lies as computer as a human technology certainly did not exist in time of Prophet Muhammad. While our focus only composed by 36 different verses, gathering and comparing these sparsely distributed 36 out of a total 6236 verse in Quran is not an easy task even if someone did think about trying it during the period of 1388 years of Quran existence.

Without the help of computer device, previous ideas of purely ‘experimental’ intention require a very ‘powerful’ brain or mind related with the Quranic text. Not just memorization of the whole text, the abstract mind experiment would also require the memorization of what category of meaning is composed by a specific three (3) consonant alphabet with an example of “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) tri-root in our case. Although not quite similar, our activity in browsing the world wide web (W3) through ‘keywords’ in search engine would provide a good working analogy of what reading and understanding the Quran should have been in the past 1388 years. Unfortunately, the data structure hidden within Quranic text is still shockingly more complex than text data currently stored in Google server in this current decade of 2020’s.

Imagine that instead of indexing only the location and frequency for various string of keywords, Google machines also automatically ‘tag’ each keyword for its categorical information. Imagine if a ‘noun’ or ‘verb’ word is instantly identified as related to an abstract concept, a concrete physical object, a temporal event, or whether the word is able to be used in different combination of context. Imagine that Google machines also able to ‘automatically’ tag specific psychological state or political orientation behind each single paragraph, sentence, or phrase of text in a multiple different level of analysis. Now imagine that there is a computing device which is able to structure all previous configuration under specific numerical matrix which is based on unknown and complicated calculation of celestial object. Mysteriously, all these ‘imaginative’ algorithmic technology do exist within Quranic text. A fact which imply that we might have read and understand the Quran incompletely, nonoptimally, or even incorrectly during the last 1388 years. An initial presentation of this hidden complex algorithm is given in the following list.

Some configuration based on seven (7) in Quran is able to be re-assembled by different thematic classification. But on the level of tri-root words such as 36 “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) Words from previous [LIST-1], an alternative thematic re-arrangement is rarely found. As we closely examines [LIST-1], it is clear that outside the Group-D of “Punishment by Imposing Disability”, a clear ‘literal’ meaning for reference of “cutting” as transforming an object physically into two (2) new unconnected object only found by the word “you cut down” (qata’tum) in [QS. 59:5:2] related to the object of a palm tree. Beside Group-D (7 words) and this particular reference in [QS. 59:5:2], all other 28 (36-8) words is clearly a metaphorical reference as it point to various abstract and conceptual object or something ‘unreasonable’ to be cut literally or physically into two (2) new object such as the Earth (arda), valley (wadiyan), and a road (sabila). At this point of analysis, we should even suspicious about how a common ‘restrictive’ interpretation of Group-D as a literal reference to “cutting” or “cut off” people hands, feet, intestine, or aorta (blood artery) might have been a misinterpretation caused by not understanding or perceiving the complex numerical symbolism behind other related Quranic words.

"So when she heard of their scheming, she sent for them and she prepared for them a banquet and she gave each one of them a knife and she said, "Come out before them". Then when they saw him they greatly admired him, {>and cut<} {>their hands<}, they said, "Forbid Allah, not (is) this a man not (is) this but an angel noble"." [QS. 12:31]
"And said the king, Bring to me him. But when came to him the messenger, he said, Return to your lord, and ask him what (is the) case (of) the women who {>cut<} {>their hands<}. Indeed, my Lord of their plot (is) All-Knower." [QS. 12:50]

A slight hint to the existence of misunderstanding on cutting people hands and feets comes from previous verse of [QS. 12:31 and 12:50]. These two (2) verse is the only reference to the “cutting” of human body parts or organs outside Group-D on “Punishment by Imposing Disability”. These two verse was representing the story of Joseph (Yusuf) as a sold slave related to allegation of sexual affair with his master’s wife. The general and common interpretation is that the word “and cut” (waqatta’na) in [QS. 12:31:20] and “cut” (qatta’na) in [12:50:17] represent involuntary or unintentional ‘scarring’ of the skin of the womens hand by the “knife” (sikkinan). A rare metaphorical or alternative interpretation on the same event is that the womens “hand” represent a sudden desire to own or possess the slave, while the word “cut” represent the mental or awareness to control or eliminate this desire. This categorical classification of Joseph (Yusuf) as a ‘property’ or ‘resources’ to be ‘possessed’ or to ‘owned’ is the only available algorithmic classification which put this two words [QS. 12:31:20 and 12:50:17] properly under the Group-C of “Control of Resource or Possession”. This completely metaphorical perspective of the word “cut” and “hands” should hint that other scene or statement related with physically ‘severing’ human organs related to the “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) tri-root might also be another inaccurate interpretation.

"Whatever you {>cut down<} of {>(the) palm-trees<} or you left them standing on their roots, it (was) by the permission (of) Allah, and that He may disgrace the defiantly disobedient." [QS. 59:5]

What about the earlier keyword of “you cut down” (qata’tum) related to palm trees in verse [QS. 59:5]? Is there any slightest hint that we also have been interpreting this word incorrectly? First, the word “palm-trees” (linatin) is actually the only single translation of the “Lam-Ya-Nun” (LYN) tri-root in the entire Quran into a concrete object of “palm tree” as all the remaining four (4) refer to an abstract concept of “deal gently” (linta), “relax” (talinu), “and We made pliable” (wa-alanna), and “gentle” (layyinan), all which point to a single abstract concept of “flexibility”. A more common reference to “palm-tree” in the Quranic text itself is actually located on another tri-root of “Nun-Kha-Lam” (NKL) which derive the word “date-palm” (nakhli). Second, the word “standing” (qaimatan) in [QS. 59:5:7] is derived from tri-root of “Qaf-Waw-Mim” (QWM) which is mainly composed by several different concept of “people” (qawmi), “resurrection” (qiyamati), “straight” (mustaqim), “place” (maqama) and “standing” or “establishment” (qaiman, qiyaman). Third, the word “root” (usuliha) in [QS. 59:5:9] is a secondary variation of the “Hamza-Sad-Lam” (HSL) tri-root as its primary translation is a reference to time by the word “and evening” (wa-asilan). Re-calculating the position of all this ‘matrix’ of words we arrive at another completely different view of previous verse in the following:

"Whatever you {>limit or reduce<} of {>the flexibility<} or you left them {>established<} on {>evening/afternoon<}, it (was) by the permission (of) Allah, and that He may disgrace the defiantly disobedient." [Alternative-Verse of QS. 59:5]

Departing from various critical perspective based on ‘avoiding’ unnecessary pain, suffering or destruction, we arrive at Group-D of “Punishment by Imposing Disability” as our important focus of analysis. The word “feet” (arjulun) which appear four (4) times in [QS. 5:33, 7:124, 20:71, 26:49] together with “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” QTA tri-root is derived from “Ra-Jim-Lam” (RJL) tri-root. The tri-root “Ra-Jim-Lam” (RJL) itself appear 73 times in the Quran and dominated by translation to the word “men” (rijali, rijalun). As a matter of fact, “men” and its less frequent translation of “foot” or “feet” is the only two (2) translation of all words from “Ra-Jim-Lam” (RJL) tri-root. The Quran seems to use this particular word type to represent “human” or “mankind” in the context of ‘mobility’ or ‘movement’, even subtly make statement about the higher degree of male over female in [QS. 2:228:35] as a parameter of different physical mobility between the two different gender. The next word of “hands” (aydin, aydi) or “your hands” (yadaka) is even more complex in ‘philosophical’ terms as it involves the cosmological dimension of ‘time’. Words from tri-root “Ya-Dal-Ya” (YDY) occurs 120 times in the whole Quran with only two (2) accurate translation variation of “hands” (aydin, aydi) and the time-adjective of “before” (yaday). As a language with long aesthetical history, the word “hands” (aydin) in Arabic might also symbolize ‘causality’ relation between two (2) different event/object in terms of its position in timeline as it is also the primary tools for human species to exert changes to his or her world.

"And (for) the male thief and the female thief {>so cut off<} {>their hands<} {>(as) a recompense<} for what {>they earned<} (as) an exemplary from Allah. And Allah (is) All-Mighty, All-Wise." [QS. 5:38]

Constructing another interpretation for previous verse of [QS. 5:38] using earlier alternative of algorithmic perspective, we can confidently replace the word “their hands” (aydiyahuma) [QS. 5:38:4] with reference to the time adjective of “before them” (aydihim). This replacement is fully valid from the numerical and algorithmic perspective of Quranic ‘matrix’ of words as both words belongs to the same tri-root of “Ya-Dal-Ya” (YDY). This new word of “before them” (aydihim) should represent all matters related to the cause and driving forces which lead both male thief (sariqu) or female thief (sariqatu) to commit the sin of thievery. This would means that the same words can be a reference to poverty by natural condition or poverty by systemic exploitation. Now carefully read again the previous verse of [QS. 5:38] and pay attention to the phrase “(as) a recompense for what they earned” (jazaan bima kasaba). Both the word “recompense” (jazaan) and “they earned” (kasaba) is a politically ‘sensitive’ term in today’s world as it might represent the widespread social-economic injustice on many part of the world where there is an explicit or implicit exploitation of workers through wages. If there is an opinion on the possibility for the word “recompense” (jazaan) and “they earned” (kasaba) to contextually represent “punishment” and “evil action” ‘truly’ related to theft, a reference from the following verse should remind a reasonable and sound judgment to calculate that the punishment for stealing, for example, a thousand (1000) dollars should be the deduction of the same amount of money from the convicted perpetrator and not the cutting off of his or her hand. This example of principle which is opposite to the ‘literally’ or ‘physically’ cutting off someone hands as a punishment for theft is clearly related to the following verse:

"Whoever came with a good deed, then for him (is) ten (times) the like of it. And whoever came with an evil deed then not he will be except the like of it, and they will not (be) wronged." [QS. 6:160]

Returning our algorithmic analysis of the verse [QS. 5:38], it seems that the matrix of words related to “their hands” (aydiyahuma) and “before them” (aydihim) has turned the orientation of this verse upside-down. Suddenly we are given an alternative point of view from the timeline perspective that there is a ‘preliminary’ or ‘initial’ condition which is related to how a male and female might commit the sin of theft. This preliminary condition would certainly elaborated by the word “recompense” (jazaan) and “they earned” (kasaba) as a hint or indication to something which is wrong with how working male or female is being rewarded or recompense for their work. If the reader of this article agree that Quranic text has a hidden perspective of ‘multiple’ timeline and contain a valuable wisdom much deeper than cutting off someone hand for theft, the following alternative of the same verse might appeal for our condition in the 21st century:

"And (for) the male thief and the female thief {>so end/stop<} {>(the condition) before them<} {>(as) a recompense<} for what {>they earned<} (as) an exemplary from Allah. And Allah (is) All-Mighty, All-Wise." [Alternative-Verse of QS. 5:38]

Just for additional supporting numerical evidence, we should recall that the whole thirty-six (36) tri-root words of “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) is covering an area of 705 words. Careful examination would enumerate that there is exactly seventy-seven (77 = 7×11) words of both noun and proper-noun which refers to all concrete object from this set of 705 words. Interestingly, this 77 set of words is distinctively divided exactly into 35 (7×5) “NOUN of non-living natural object”, 35 (7×5) ” NOUN of living natural object”, five (5) “NOUN of non-natural or manufactured object”, and two (2) “PROPER NOUN” of “Quran” (Quranan) in [QS. 13:31:3] and “Paradise” (janati) in [QS. 47:15:2]. Other than this 77 (35+35+5+2) set of words there is not a single word reference to any concrete object in the remaining 628 words. Another important result from configuring a proper thematic classification by the number seven (7) from this set is the fact that the word “hands”, “feet”, “intestine”, and “aorta” which is all human organs must be viewed in a completely metaphorical perspective to achieve a seamless or proper classification into a group of seven (7) words [See REF-1].

Not quite finished, another interesting numerical structure is that the remaining 628 words only contain exactly seventy-two (72) noun and proper noun reference to intelligence entity, which leave the remaining 556 words absent from any reference to both concrete object and intelligence entity [See REF-2]. A deeper perspective from the set of 72 reference to ‘intelligence entity’ is that it is also composed by reference to “Allah” (21=7×3 times), “Lord” (6 times), “Angels” (1 times) and two (2) proper noun reference to the name of Prophet “Moses” (Musa) and “Lot” (Luth). The remaining 42 [72-(21+6+1+2)] which is another number divisible by seven (42=7×6) all contain reference to general category of ordinary people such as “people” (qawmi), “communities” (umaman), “themselves” (anfusahum), “companion” (ashabu) and general non-ordinary people such as “messenger” (rasulu) and “chiefs” (mala-u).

An important yet implicit philosophical ‘hint’ is the fact that the set of all reference to concrete object also contain a variation of 72 (72=77-5) words if we removed the five (5) “NOUN of man-made object”. The numerical symmetry between the set of seventy-two (72) reference to intelligence entity and another exactly 72 set of reference to concrete object without or excluding the five (5) man-made object signify a parallel or equal. This parallel ‘value’ or equal ‘weight’ might signify that one cannot exist without the other or signify that both set influence each-other in various ways. The inclusion for the word “Allah”, and “Lord” (rabbi) under one of the category also suggest that the ‘material’ basis for intelligence or awareness also apply to this category of words. Apart from the fact that all these philosophical ‘lesson’ is a purely a hypothetical interpretation of the exact numerical structure, the Quran clearly singled out or highlight some easier to ‘accept’ concept or facts. First, information from [LIST-1] clearly emphasize that the word “garments of fire” (thiyabun min narin) in Group-F of “Punishment by Perception” is an object which is unable to be properly classified into all other five (5) group of seven words as it is not “people relationship” (Group-A), not belongs to “people affair or effort” (Group-B), not any form of “control of resource or possession” (Group-C), not “punishment by imposing disability” (Group-D), or got anything to do with “spatial or temporal” (Group-E) matters. The word “garments” (thiyabun) in [QS. 22:19:10] itself derived from “Tha-Waw-Ba” (TWB) tri-root which occurs 28 times in Quran and only signify one other concept than garments (clothing) which is “reward” or “recompense” (thawabi, thawaban).

"Whoever is thinks that not will help him Allah in the world and the Hereafter, then let him extend a means to the sky, then let him {<cut off>}, then let him see whether will remove his plan what enrages." [QS. 22:15]
"These two opponents dispute concerning their Lord. But those who disbelieved for "These two opponents dispute concerning their Lord. But those who disbelieved {<will be cut out>} for them garments of fire. Will be poured from over their heads scalding water." [QS. 22:19]

The two (2) opponents in the verse [QS. 22:19] is most likely a reference to employee and employer from a big and powerful business or corporate entity which have an ‘unhealthy’ relationship. The hint for ‘dual’ or multiple perspective of previous verse is given not just from the phrase “these two opponent” (hadhani kasmani), but also from the word “garments” itself. An employee given (cut out) an unfair wage might be equal to the metaphor of “reward of fire” (thawaban min narin) if he or she then decided to “disbelieve” (kafaru) by comitting extremely violent or destructive act related to his or her condition. While a corporate leader which is “decided” (cut out) to “disbelieve” (kafaru) by pursuing desire for infinite profit might be equal to the metaphor of “garments of fire” (thiyabun min narin) as the personal and infinite lust for capital will certainly burn anyone who wear it.

Very relevant to previous narrative is the five (5) “NOUN of man-made object” which creates a balance between 72 reference to ‘non man-made’ concrete object and another exactly 72 set of reference to ‘intelligence entity’. The balance between previous two (2) category highlight the plain fact that the five (5) exclusive category of ‘man-made object’ does not have any numerical ‘counterpart’ in the category of intelligence entity. This imbalance highlight a thematic hint that apart from pushing the development of human civilizations, the category of ‘man-made object’ would also create many problems. This ‘philosophical’ metaphor of numerical imbalance and human ‘problems’ became clear when we realized that apart from creating wealth and job opportunities, the era of industrial revolution also creates social-economic injustice in many places of the world. Besides industrial revolution, lets not forget that the five (5) man-made object might also represent the ‘financial industry’ or ‘financial market’ as it also certainly classified as a non-natural ‘object’ or system.

As a deeper philosophical analysis, let us recall that the five (5) man-made object is listed in the following details: 1) “building” (bun’yanan), 2) “a banquet” (muttaka-an), 3) “a knife” (sikkinan), 4) “means/ways” (bisababin), and 5) “garments” (thiyabun). Analyzed as an independent words, all previous words amazingly represent a complete coverage over the ‘philosophical’ dimension of todays human world. The first (1st) dimension from the word “building” (bun’yanan) is a reference to ‘geographical’ establishment represented by all forms of ‘static’ structure from metropolitan cities, skyscrapers, factory, power-plant into a simple farm house. The second (2nd) dimension from the word “means” or “ways” (bisababin) accurately represent all form of ‘mobility’ including human and cargo through physical transportation as well as the ‘movement’ of information and energy through cables and electromagnetic waves. The third (3rd) dimension related to the word “banquet” (muttaka-an) is a representation of material as well as non-material measurement of wealth as an object which is stored, prepared, and processed to be consumed. The fourth (4th) dimension related to the word “knife” (sikkinan) is also an accurate representation of how todays financial market became the agent of control and authority over the distribution of wealth or financial resources.

While the word “building” (bun’yanan) and “means/ways” (bisababin) represent the ‘static’ and ‘mobile’ advancement resulted from ‘industrial revolution’, the word “banquet” (muttaka-an) and “knife” (sikkinan) properly represent the ‘financial industry’ as a powerful entity which control the distribution of resources. Again, we encounter another ‘imbalance’ of word set by the last remaining or the fifth (5th) word of “garment” (thiyaban) which also indirectly represent the word “reward” or “recompense” (thawaban). Another interesting arithmetic related to this five (5) as a highlight of ‘imbalance’ is the fact that the total number of words covered by the “Qaf-Ta-Ayn” (QTA) tri-root is 705 [(7×100)+5], a number which is perfectly divisible by seven (7) if we subtract five (5) from it. All these amazing ‘plays’ from ‘matrix’ words contained in a 7th century old text simply puzzled as well as also convinces us that there is a very advanced technology or intelligence behind this old aged religious text of the Quran.

All the ‘algorithmic’ analysis proposed in this article is only a minuscule fraction or small percentage from what is hidden behind every single word in the Quranic text. The paradigm for multiple subject and object of action or the multiple possibility of timeline certainly not a natural or easy point of view to be cultivated to read the QUran. But the early development of QUantum computing suggest that these type of multiple paradigm is the most likely destination where human digital technology would progress. The restricted and limited perspective of the ancient world certainly should convince us to consider that not all decision and judgment made by Prophet Muhammad more than 1300 years ago is an optimal, good, or even fully comply with today standard of human rights. The courage and sincerity to admit all this imperfection and incompleteness along with acceptance for change and improvement certainly a better path to choose in history. This acceptance to reform and revolve from a fixed and absolute perspective over non-optimal values constructed in the ancient times would also be a better way to respect and preserve the noble intention of the Prophet who have carry the burden of conveying the message of Quran for the human future. A message of prophetic value with an underlying complex numerical calculation which has proven to preserve its relevancy on today situation of global social economic as well as environmental problems.

Some Analysis:

**The Wisdom of Improvement

“Then (on) the Day (of) the Resurrection He will disgrace and say, Where (are) My partners those (for) whom you used (to) *oppose [in them]?” Will say those who were given the knowledge, Indeed, the disgrace, this Day and evil (are) upon the disbelievers” [QS.16:27]

Within the area of 367 words (28 verse) defined by tri-root “Shin-Qaf-Qaf” or the word “oppose” (tushaqquna) there is only 49 (7×7) words with strong and unambiguous reference to the entity of God. From all the 7 formed group, the sub-category of “Kind and Merciful” seems to be the most suitable sub-category for the word “and say” (wayaqulu) in [16:27:5]. The question of, “Where My partners those whom you used (to) oppose [through them]?” given to people does not resonate with another already established group [GD05] of “Cause Suffering on People” as the only group with explicit suffering in the future (hereafter). Another speech from another category of people (given knowledge) also appearing in [QS.16:27] clarify the situation that the worst possible outcome from the mistakes of choosing ‘irrelevant’ subject of personal devotion symbolized by the term “My partners” (shurakaiya) in the context of “disbeliever” (kafirina) is the self-regret or “disgrace” (khiz’ya) and “evil” (sua) situation related to our own personal or collective behavior. This view or philosophical perspective is of course defined within the algorithmic isolation of the 28 words of SQQ tri-root and re-arrangement of its 367 words from all other verse in the Quran by its thematic abstraction.

Whatever is worshipped or devoted to by any person, smoking excessively will result in lung disease, gambling carelessly will result in financial loss, while environmental destruction will eventually cause human suffering. This is the ‘deep’ algorithmic perspective of Quran on how the group “Kind and Merciful” is shaped by the word “Kind” (laraufun) and “merciful” (rahimun) from a completely different verse of [16:7:13/14] also include word on [QS.16:27:5] as part of its 7 members. As frequently represented by forces of nature, the highlighted expression of “Where My partners?” in [QS.16:27] ’emphasize’ God intention to induce people’s own self-critics on their own logical attitude and behavior in preparation and adaptation against natures dynamic. The algorithm also reveal that within the event of “evil” and “disgrace” that might be suffered by any community anywhere in the world, the kindness and mercy of God still exist in the form of self-critics and self-evaluation for improvement rather than any irrelevant judgment related to any group or personal choice of devotion.

**The Burden of All Leaders

“(88) And they say, Has taken the Most Gracious a son. (89) Verily, you have put forth a thing atrocious. (90) Almost the heavens get torn therefrom, and –>splits<– asunder the earth and collapse the mountain (in) devastation (91) That they invoke to the Most Gracious a son. (92) And not is appropriate for the Most Gracious that He should take a son.” [QS.19:88-92]

One of the earliest occurence for the term “Sons of God” (bene elohim) is found in Genesis 6:2 and depict plural reference to a group of intelligent being clearly ‘different’ or ‘alien’ to the human (adam) race. The word “man” (adam/הָֽאָדָ֔ם) itself is almost morphologically identical with the word “Earth” (adamah/הָֽאֲדָמָ֑ה) in Old testament as it is found in Genesis 6:1. From anthropological point of view of the ancient inhabitant of Earth, parent-child relationship definitely have stronger socio-cultural influence than any other terms. As a more specific reference to patriarchy, the “father” and “son” relationship is definitely more sympathetic and readily accepted than the term “Ruler”, “Master”, or “Lord”.

“And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” [Mark 1:11]; “And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.” [Mark 9:7]

Appearing again in Exodus 4:22, the term “son” is used directly by Divine authority to exert political influence against the established rules of Egyptian Pharaoh through the tribe of Israel. Other Old Testament example in [Psalm, 89:26-27] and [2nd Samuel, 7:14], or New Testament example of [Mark, 1:11] and [Mark, 9:7] obviously re-assert or declare that it was the ‘Divine’ powers it-self who first coined the term “son” and “sons” to establish a political relationship with peoples of the ancient. Certainly, the subsequent perspective of ancient people would follow or be influenced by these linguistic ‘style’ of God. Fortunately, theological development embrace or incorporate this linguistic style to encourage the spirit and perspective of love, benevolence, productivity, and self-sacrifice as the skeletal structure of this metaphorical ‘parent-child’ relationship.

Quranic text which is revealed hundred of years later include reference or command to believe in what was revealed before. Explicitly, Quran declare in verse [3:3-4; 3:48; 5:46-47; 5:66-68; 5:110; and etc.] that the Divine ‘entity’ which revealed the Old testament, New Testament, and Quran was the exact ‘same’ Divine entity. Another relevant and important ‘keyword’ of clue from the same set of 25 verse containing the tri-root of “Shin-Qaf-Qaf” (SQQ) is found in [QS.2:137:3]. The word “in like” (bimith’li) in this location hint that the Quran regards all previous or older scripture than itself as something “similar” or “exemplary/example” (mathalu, mathalan). This would include Old Testament, New Testament, or even Zoroastrian and Vedic scripture as a probable comparison. The word “in like” (bimith’li) come from tri-root “Mim-Tha-Lam” which occurs 169 times in Quran and is frequently used to form analogy, metaphor, parable, or even allegory. This pattern of the word “similar” or “exemplary” in Quran hint that something hidden within deeper layer of holy scripture other than Quran might contain types of information with ‘identical’ or ‘similar’ function or purpose in relation with the human species. Different historical, sociological and political setting, different medium (person) and environment (significant others) related to event of revelation might be what giving the variety of ‘skin’, ‘surface’ or different metaphor, parable and overall linguistic style for each of the specific set of revelation.

“So if they believe[d] –>in (the) like (of)<– what you have believed in [it], then indeed, they are (rightly) guided. But if they turn away, then only they (are) in *dissension. So will suffice you against them Allah, and He (is) the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.” [QS.2:137]

But with respect to verse [QS.19:90], the word “And they say” in [19:88:1] and the word “you have put forth” in [19:89:2] at the same time seems to neglect or renounce the ‘older’ linguistic style which utilize the term “Son of God” found in [Mark 1:11], [Mark 9:7], and many more verse from Old and New Testament. Although Quran seems ‘trying’ to continue ‘political’ influence and relationship over human race by also incorporating previous scripture as it ‘sphere’ of influences, it jumps into a completely different logical structure concerning the term “Son of God”. One proposed exlanation for this algorithmic phenomenon is that the Quran seems to be more focused on forewarning or alerting people for the ‘evil’ or ‘dangers’ in regarding oneself as being in close relationship with the majestic scale of Divine powers. This ‘powers’ referenced as “Allah” or “Lord” is expressed frequently in Quran as various forms of natural forces or even related to individual mind or decision such what can be found in [QS.4:35] concerning “opposition” (shiqaqa) and “reconciliation” (is’lahan).

Recent discovery of algorithm connecting every single Quranic words strongly hint that looking into abstraction rather than what is directly apparent from words, phrase, and sentence is important. Although there is many specific stories, repeating ‘abstract’ patterns in Quran imply hint to repeating pattern or ‘cycles’ in natures. Apart from patterns, what is unique and distinct is the development of human civilization. Every step forward in human technological advancement grant more and more ‘powers’ or ability to influence more and more type and quantity of the natural element. While worrisome, one of the thing mentioned in [QS.19:90] of “collapsing mountain in devastation” is now possible by current human nuclear technological capacity. Recently, the year 2012 witness that human can produce a controlled event with temperature of 7.2 trillion degrees Fahrenheit (3.9 trillion celcius) for fraction of second inside a building in the Earth surface. As a comparison, this temperature is higher than Supernova or the event of exploding star or 250000 times higher than the sun’s core. It is also predicted to be the temperature of the universe just moment after the “Big Bang” or “creation” of heaven and Earth (in scriptural terms). On the contrary, we clearly aware that technology with destructive power as such was described in [QS.19:90] is not exist yet in the ancient past. Even the explosive quality of gunpowder composed by sulfur (S), charcoal (C), and potassium nitrate (saltpeter, KNO3) is not yet utilized within 250 years after the revelation of Quran.

The prophetic quality and function of Quran algorithmic messages can be instantly known from its casual reading. Prophecy means prediction or statements about the future. Under this algorithmic perspective, the terms “that they invoke to the Most Gracious a son” in [QS.19:91] in relation with [QS.19:90] highly point to event in the future rather than the past. Rather than a reference to the figure of Jesus (Iesous or Isa) as someone who heal the sick, help the weak, the poor and eventually suffer physically for the salvation of his own people, the verse [QS.19:90] obviously warn of something extremely opposite. The verse clearly describe any human or other intelligent species who possess control or capability to influence or directly execute the release of very high energy event. This person or a creature who can “almost torn the sky/heaven” and create such destruction on Earth and mountain would suitably be classified as an “Anti-christ” or “Dajjal”. Although current human technology can not yet “torn the sky” (samawatu yatafattarna) apart, anyone or any group of people today with the strong intention or desire to start or involve in a massive scale armed confrontation is unfortunately fulfilling the ‘same’ spectrum of the ancient 7th century Quranic prophecy.

While advanced technological expression of Divine powers is explicitly documented in Old and New Testament, Quranic text implicitly reveal that several of these ability is within the reach of human species itself. This shifting orientation might explain why apart from retrospective lesson of natural disasters, Quran also emphasize on the introspective aspect of increasing self-control, cautiousness, and humility in parallel with the increasing human technological reach and capability. We certainly can not expect natural forces to act selectively or in line with the needs and desire of human species. But we might hope or expect the exact decision from a human or intelligent creature while being cautious about the inherent weakness of any individual to slip and fall into destructive nature of greed, hatred, and anger. Interestingly, Quran emphasize on logical and rational view of nature is also accompanied with an adaptive and flexible algorithm. Only great minds would be able to hold and employ various algorithm of perception in dealing with his or her world experience. Such combination of adaptive algorithm together with the lighthearted and witty nature of Prophet Muhammad personality can be found appearing in verse [QS.43:81]. This verse may ‘serve’ or function philosophically as another precautionary warning where society must pay very good and critical attention on where and what side of prophecy exactly their leaders are driving the collectives into.

Summary /Analysis

Thematic and Sub-thematic Specification {39 = (7×5)+4}:
*thm-01; Object – Natural; @location (1); #type (6)
*thm-02; Object – Non-natural (Artefact of intelligence); @plural (1); #singular (6)
*thm-03; Abstract – Event or Methods (Ways, Means); @fact (1); #hypothetical (6)
*thm-04; People – Verb or Attribute; @time (1); #status (6)
*thm-05; Prophet – Verb or Attribute; @time (1); #status (6)
*thm-06; Unclassified (Modulus:4)

Separation between “thm-01” and “thm-02” is based on how the word “ornament” (zukh’rufin) appear as a concrete object of natural type (organism growth) in other verse of [QS.10:24:21] rather than result of human works. This is important to establish as we should ‘map’ Quranic words based on its own vocabulary or tri-root ‘universe’ or ‘matrix’ of words rather than our own (or anyone) personal experience with languages, Arabic or English alike. Other words in “thm-01” like “heaven/sky”, “earth”, and “whatever” in ‘between them’ is quite obvious from our perspective as a ‘natural’ object. Meanwhile, words in “thm-02” such as “house” and “book” clearly represent the intelligent works or ‘products’ of an entity or creatures. A “house” (baytun) as the product of human intelligence (or works/efforts) is as obvious as a bird’s nest or bee’s nest (hive) does not appear naturally in nature by themselves. Under this perspective of classification, a house, a nest, or a hive is not the product of ‘non-intelligent’ forces similar to how caves, mountain or valley is formed as the ‘works’ of a physical and chemical molecular forces. This is one of the fundamental basis on why “Heaven” (samawati) and “Earth” (arda) is categorized as ‘natural’ while “house” (baytun) and “book” (kitaban) is classified as an ‘artificial’ object.

The word “book” (kitabin) as representing messages from God (or a Divine entity) is classified as ‘non-natural’ object as the Quranic ‘universe’ express God as an intelligent entity. Textual reading of Quranic messages regarding this ‘intelligent’ entity imply the impression that God is a ‘separated’ entity from natural elements such as forces of wind or planetary movement. Textual configuration imply that He is the Ones Who ‘control’ these forces but not references to the forces of nature itself (or themselves). Survey of algorithmic classification from other parts of Quranic text would also put the first (God) as ‘intelligent’ while the later (nature element) as ‘natural forces’ (non-intelligent). While it is clear that Quranic vocabulary does not (or avoid to) describe God as an intelligent ‘creature’, we can systematically conclude that the attribute of ‘intelligent’ exist in both the word “house” and “book”.

Previous exposition on thematic separation become important aspect for the whole 39 {(7×5)+4} words as it implicitly reflected or related in other set of “thm-04” and “thm-05”. Previous thematic separation also define the status of “people” (thm-04) and “prophet” (thm-05) as distinguished also by the term ‘natural’ and ‘artificial’. Parallel from the perspective of ‘status’, peoples are properly member of ‘natural’ category while prophets are obviously related to the ‘artificial’ category as the later is influenced by decision from ‘higher’ intelligent forces or authority. The last remaining group composed of 7 words is the “thm-03” on “Abstract – Event or Methods” related to “ascension”. Sub-thematically this group remind human species that the “ascension” of Prophet Muhammad in the past 7th century era was a historical “fact” or actual event rather than hypothetical. On the other hand, this last group (thm-03) also ‘challenge’ human species whether they can ‘acquire’ the “dominion” (mul’ku) of Heaven and Earth or in other words, to engage in space travel by ‘artificial’ “means” (asbabi) or technology.

Again, understanding the distinction of ‘natural’ and ‘artificial’ become important as the hidden structure of Quran itself emphasized separation between rational and irrational thinking. The Quran expect us not to imagine somekind of supernaturally irrational event where the Prophet ‘ascends’ into the sky (outer space) without any logical “means/ways” (asbabi) that enable such event to happen. There must be a technology that protect the Prophet from sudden thermal (temperature) drops and the space vacuum from air as it all dangerous to the body. The need to think logically and scientifically in understanding the Quran also appear in a rather explicit forms in the following verse:

“Whomsoever Allah desires to guide, He expands his chest to Islam (submission). Whomsoever He desires to lead astray, He makes his chest narrow, tight, as if he were climbing up to the sky.” [QS. 6:125].

One of the interesting aspect from this tri-root is that one (1) from four (4) words of the tri-root is translated as “cure” (raqin) in [QS.75:27:3] rather than ascend. The translation seems to be based on contextual understanding as the verse around [QS.75:27] was narrating the story about some terminal illness/sickness. Alternative interpretation on the ‘ascension’ of the ‘soul’ is nullified (put aside) as it is incompatible with other messages in Quranic text which describe “resurrection” of the soul as a mass (collective) and non-individual event. This lead to conclusion that the tri-root word “ascension” or “cure” (raqin) in [QS.75:27:3] was a reference to travelling to outer space for a currently ill or sick person. Concerning the futuristic or prophetic quality of Quran, such interpretation hint another inspiration that the environment of microgravity (“micro-g” or “weightlessness”) in outer space may conceal interesting breakthrough for medical technology or molecular biology.

Elysium, 2013

An American sci-fi action movie released in 2013 with the title “Elysium” may have been inspired deeply by the Quranic verse of [QS.75:27]. The movie portray an ‘unfortunate’ situation where the age of space travel technology is built upon something unstable. It was built upon the unfair gap of social-class distinction where access to medical technology (or space travel) is exclusively controlled and its use is limited to very small numbers of powerful people. Scenes from the movie also depict another irony when it display that the medical infrastructure is actually capable of handling far larger numbers of people. Sadly, the Quran may also have forecasted another miserable moments on human futures where another important breakthrough technology is used to segregate people (human species) fate in the verse [QS.57:13]. Nevertheless, a fate predicted (calculated) in the past may not always be a fate sealed for the future as we are constantly ‘rewriting’ (recalculated) it every moment of our present daily life.

#03 – Third (3rd) ‘Rock’ from The Sun

[Semantic & Statistic:]
The triliteral root Sād-Khā-Rā (ص خ ر) occurs three (3) times in whole Quran on these three (3) different verse:
1[018:063:006]; l-sakhrati; the rock
2[031:016:011]; sakhratin; a rock
3[089:009:004]; l-sakhra; the rocks

#1. “He said, Did you see, when we retired to the rock? Then indeed, I forgot the fish. And not made me forget it except the Shaitaan that I mention it. And it took its way into the sea amazingly.” [QS.018:063] {<— 20 words}
#2. “O my son! Indeed it, if it be weight a grain of a mustard seed, and it be in a rock or in the heavens or in the earth will bring it forth Allah. Indeed, Allah (is) All-Subtle, All-Aware.” [QS.031:016] {<— 24 words}

**Hidden Knowledge-01= Non-Living Obj. (1) & Living/Intelligent Subj. (6)
[#01] The ratio of one (1) group or set of “Non-Living object” against six (6) set of “Living Object” highlight the vital or irreplaceable role of a solid object in relation with the evolution of life, and eventually the evolution of intelligent life. All of the three (3) words of “rock” (sakhra) from the “Sād-Khā-Rā” (ص خ ر) tri-root is found in this group of “thm-01” as there is exactly only 4 (four) other words [“earth”, “sea”, “heaven”, “valley”] of direct and explicit reference to a concrete object from all the 49 words available from the three verses. Although a moving or drifting asteroid would fulfill the specification of ‘rocks’, the strong context of the word to refer intelligent life may safely rule out this object as a good place for long term and stable evolution of life. This leave us the most logical explanation that the word ‘rock’ is actually referring to a habitable exoplanet besides Earth or outside our solar system.

**Hidden Knowledge-02=Evolution of Human Intelligent
[#02-a]
Patterns from three (3) theme of “thm-02”, “thm-03”, and “thm-04” somehow display an interesting ‘story’ on the ‘sequence of evolution’. Specifically, these theme convey a ‘logical’ development of human intelligent or cognitive activity which is strongly mediated or facilitated by development of language. Thinking about “object” (thm-02) become primary activity of awareness (intelligence) which is engaged even by animals such as mammals or primates. Thinking in term of ‘information’ and ‘event’ on (thm-03) become important awareness of earlier primitive human as it starts to develop symbols and language to share experience and knowledge. Thinking reflectively in terms of ‘metacognition’ or (thm-04) “thinking about thinking” represent more advanced human civilization where culture and socio-political dynamics also drive (influence) the progress of Earth history.

**Hidden Knowledge-03=Steps/Progress of Evolution
[#03-a] Patterns from three (3) theme of “thm-05”, “thm-06”, and “thm-07” curiously resemble the sub-sequence ‘historical perspective’ of evolution. Grammatical words in “thm-05” capture patterns of the most basic reference into ‘what’ organic object and ‘where’ it is located. Words of “of”, “in”, “or”, “into” as independent word (detached from it grammatical function) in “thm-05” might represent the period of ‘non-intelligent’ or ‘pre-life’ condition as it capture the basic relationship through 7 word type of ‘preposition’. Compared to conjunction such as “and”, “except”, or “but”, preposition rarely changes the semantic content of a phrase or sentence. Preposition mostly works by combining identity or inform spatial context which conceptually is a ‘parallel’ function that can also be served by all kind of molecular transformation (physical or chemical process) found in nature.

[#03-b] Words of Noun and Verb composing “thm-06” express both the ‘identity’ (Noun) or ‘activity’ (Verb) of the organic object. This composition might strongly expressed period for the emergent of human or advanced intelligence. Adjectival opinion with the word “ajaban” (amazingly), metaphorical comparison of “mith’qala” (weight), and the specific names (proper noun) of “fish” (huta) and “khardalin” (mustard) clearly mark the present of intelligent awareness (human). All this words of names, adjective, and metaphor is the functional result or product of intelligence, forms and variety which is very unlikely can be found from natural process of non-living matter.

[#03-c] Words composing “thm-07” represent strongly a ‘mature’, developed, or the ‘latest’ phase of human intelligence as it already express recognition for the concept of “Shaitaan” (evil) and the concept of God (Allah) as well as its attribute (subtle, aware). The word “yabunayya” (O’ my son!) represent the ‘inter-generational’ transmission of knowledge as it also become the first (1st) word in verse [QS.31:16] as an opening on metaphorical description of human deeds [See QS.31:15] as a small grain in a vast landscape or unbounded space. Meanwhile, beyond its primary reference, the concept of Shaitaan (Satan, evil) and God also embodied the psychological nature of people for scientific enthusiasm to interconnect each and every experiences with nature/life as well as the spiritual interest to identify with a particular entity, persona, or object for both good or bad influence.

[*note-1:] The word “grain” (habbatin) itself (unpaired with any other word) from tri-root “Hā-Bā-Bā” (ح ب ب) very likely refer to ‘organic’ matter (seed) rather than “grain” of sand (dust) as it occurs with the word “love/like” (yuhibbu) in its tri-root set. The word “love” as the ‘siblings’ of “grain” in this tri-root strongly refer to the concept of intelligence, emotion, or reproduction, in which all eventually point to ‘living organism’. [*note-2:] Mustard seed in a rock hint that the word ‘rock’ should represent very big object or whole planet altogether rather than any rock of smaller size. A planet is the most likely ‘intention’ of the word as it try to convey ‘difficulty’ in discovery or finding of the mustard seed. Recalling that the word “grain” (habbatin) is paired with “love” (yuhibbu), it is highly possible that grain of mustard seed might also ‘encode’ the seed of ‘intelligent’ life as the emotional description and complexity of ‘love’ is an important characteristic part of ‘intelligent’ life. All this additional clue further support the position of the word “rock” (sakhra) as a code for habitable ‘planet’.

**Hidden Knowledge-01= Speculative
There is also probably a valid or logical ‘mapping’ among the sub-thematic label which surprisingly also structured as 1 to 6 ratio. The same proportion of “space” (1) and “ocean/sea” (1) against six (6) of each counterparts in its respective set might intend to hint that a planet is given analogy as a land (island, continent, or a ‘rock’) and the vast empty space is the ocean. This notion also bring the perspective that the word configuration might also try to hint that the ’empty’ outer space is not ‘truly’ empty after all. A notion which then find support from modern scientific conclusion on ‘quantum fluctuation’ related to an ’empty’ space anywhere in the universe.

#02 – Plants Genetic

[Semantic & Statistic:]

This is all the verse where the tri-root words occurs:
“And He (is) the One Who sends down from the sky water, then We bring forth with it vegetation (of) every thing. Then We bring forth from it green plant, We bring forth from it grain thick clustered. And from the date-palm, from its spathe clusters of dates hanging low. And gardens of grapes and the olives and the pomegranates resembling and not resembling. Look at its fruit when it bears fruit and its ripening. Indeed, in that (are) signs for a people (who) believe.” [QS.006:099] {<— 44 words}
